Return & Refund Policy

All SHAMS products are handmade, making each item unique. Slight variations from product photos may occur due to natural materials and artisanal production. Please refer to each product’s description for details.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with ticket.
