Return & Refund Policy

We take pride in offering handmade, artisanal products, meaning each piece is unique. Minor variations in color, texture, or size are natural and part of the charm of handcrafted items.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
